The role combines financial expertise with strategic thinking to contribute to key business decisions. NKey Responsibilitiesn1) Evaluate business performance against targets and recommend Nimprovement areas.n2) Analyze P&L;, balance sheet, cost structures, and cash flows to evaluate Nbusiness performance.n3) Develop dashboards and MIS reports for leadership teams N4) Present data in meaningful formats for strategy reviews and board Npresentations.n5)Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Sales, SCM, and HR for strategy Nimplementation.nQualifications Nn Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher or 1–2 years of experience. N Robust financial analysis, accounting, and taxation knowledge. N Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling. N Analytical thinker withstrong problem-solving skills.
