Job DescriptionAbout the Role NWe are looking for a Design Lead who can build and own a cohesive visual identity across every customer touchpoint. This role goes beyond designing individual assets—you will create and scale a complete design system that brings consistency across products, packaging, digital experiences, retail, and marketing. NYou will lead a team of designers and illustrators while remaining hands-on in concept creation, ensuring every visual element reflects a strong and consistent brand identity. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Own and evolve the overall visual identity across all customer-facing touchpoints. N Lead the design of packaging, product graphics, print collateral, and retail branding. N Develop and maintain illustration styles, character concepts, and visual storytelling. N Design digital assets including website pages, product detail pages (PDPs), campaign landing pages, and marketplace creatives. N Create marketing creatives for social media, performance campaigns, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and gifting. N Build and maintain scalable design systems, brand guidelines, templates, and creative libraries. N Lead and mentor a team of designers and illustrators,



providing creative direction and constructive feedback. N Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Merchandising, and Leadership teams to deliver impactful design solutions. N Ensure designs are production-ready, considering print specifications, packaging requirements, and digital best practices. N Stay updated on design,illustration, color, typography, packaging, and consumer trends. NnRequired Skills & Experience Nn 3–6 years of experience in Visual Design, Brand Design, Graphic Design, or Creative Design. N Solid portfolio demonstrating branding, packaging, digital design, and illustration. N Experience creating andmaintaining end-to-end visual design systems. N Strong understanding oftypography, color theory, composition, and layout. N Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma. N Knowledge of print production, packaging artwork, die-lines, and print processes. N Experience leading or mentoring designers. N Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. N Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and customer experience. N
