Job DescriptionJob Description: Customer Success Onboarding Specialist NLocation: Dairy Circle, Near Forum Mall, Koramangala, Bangalore NExperience: 0-3 years NSalary Range: 3 - 4 LPA NOnboarding Management & Process Ownership: NLead comprehensive onboarding sessions for recent customers, including trial kickoff calls, live demos, and tailored training sessions covering Pluralsight's platform. NFacilitate the smooth handoff from Sales to Customer Success by ensuring all critical customer information is accurately collected and documented. NImplement a structured onboarding process for your clients, ensuring that key milestones are met (e.G., trial kickoff call, product feedback meetings, account reviews, and transition calls). NCustomer Training & Adoption: NDeliver high-impact onboarding and training sessions to equip customers with the skills necessary to use the Pluralsight platform effectively. NLead product demonstrations covering key features to get Customers started. NCross-Functional Coordination & Feedback Integration:



NCollaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs), Customer Success Managers (CSM), Product, Customer Education, and Professional Services. NStrategic Customer Engagement: NEngage with key decision-makers and firm champions to establish strategic success metrics and ensure alignment on implementation milestones.
