- Lead concept design, space planning and design development for corporate interior projects N
- Prepare and review layout plans, working drawings and GFC drawings N
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, MEP teams and project managers N
- Guide architects and designers throughout the design process N
- Ensure design quality, functionality and compliance with project requirements N
- Coordinate material selection, finishes and design specifications N
- Support estimation and procurement teams with technical inputs N
- Attend client presentations,



design reviews and site meetings N
- Resolve site-related design issues during execution NRequired Skillsn
- Strong expertise in corporate office interior design N
- Excellent space planning and technical detailing skills N
- Knowledge of building services and MEP coordination N
