NThe ideal candidate should possess: Nn Deep finance knowledge N Exceptional teaching skills N Strong industry awareness N The ability to leveragetechnology and AI to deliver modern, application-oriented finance education NnKey Responsibilities Nn Deliver engaging and concept-driven lectures for CFA and other professional finance programs across online, offline, and university classrooms. N Simplify complex financial concepts through practical examples,



case studies, industry applications, live market discussions, and real-world business scenarios. N Connect theoretical concepts with practical applications to help students understand how finance works in the real world. N Mentor students throughout their academic journey and guide them on careers, industry expectations, and professional development. N Design, review, and continuously enhance academic content, presentations, assignments, mock tests, and assessments. N Stay updated with developments in financial markets, the CFA curriculum, industry trends, AI tools, and emerging technologies. N Conduct revision sessions, doubt-solving sessions, workshops, and masterclasses. N Collaborate with the Academic, Product, and Operations teams to continuously improve the student learning experience. N Represent SSEI at partner universities, seminars, workshops, and academic events across India whenever required. NnMust-Have Skills Nn Robust conceptualunderstanding of finance with the ability to connect classroom learning to real-world business and financial applications. N A genuine passion for making finance practical, engaging, and industry relevant. N Strong command of Financial Modelling, Financial Statement Analysis, Valuation, Corporate Finance, and Financial Markets. N Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and its application in financial analysis and problem-solving. N Robust working knowledge of AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude,



Copilot, Perplexity, etc.) and the ability to integrate them into teaching, content creation, research, and student learning. N Ability to explain complex finance concepts in a simple, structured, and engaging manner. N Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills. N Curiosity to continuously learn, innovate, and adopt new teaching methodologies and technologies. NnDesired Candidate Profile Nn Strong academic background in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline. N CFA Charterholders willbe highly preferred. N CFA candidates, CA, MBA(Finance), or other equivalent professional qualifications are also encouraged to apply. N Prior experience teaching CFA or other professional finance programs will be highly preferred. N Comfortable delivering lectures across online, offline, and university classroom environments. N Willingness to travel across India for academic deliveries, university engagements, workshops, and institutional collaborations. N Strong ownership mindset with a student-first approach.
