NThis role is ideal for someone with a strong professional presence who can independently visit channel-partner offices, conduct effective business meetings, communicate our offerings with credibility, and build long-term relationships that generate business. NProperty segments: Plots, residential, commercial, and farmhouses. NKey responsibilities: Nn Drive end-to-end real estate sales and achieve business targets N Identify, develop, onboard, and manage channel partners and brokers N Visit channel-partner offices and represent the company professionally N Conduct impactful meetings, present company offerings clearly, and build trust with brokers and partners N Generate leads, arrangesite visits, negotiate,



and close transactions N Expand broker and referral networks across Delhi and Delhi-NCR, based on relevant market coverage N Maintain lead, client, and partner data using basic computer tools and CRM systems NnWhat we are looking for: Nn Minimum 5–6 yearsof pure real estate sales experience N A strong, confident personality with excellent communication and presentation skills N Proven experience in channel-partner development and broker relationship management N Strong network across Delhi and/or Delhi-NCR N Ability to travel locally for partner meetings and business development N Knowledge of plots, residential, commercial, and farmhouse transactions is preferred N Comfortable with computers, WhatsApp, Excel, CRM tools, and basic technology N Available to join immediately N Preference for candidates residing near Pitampura or within convenient travelling distance N
