NAs part of our growing Design & Product Development team, we are looking for creative young designers who are passionate about textiles, colours, trends, and product innovation. NRole OverviewnWe are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Textile Designer to join our Design team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to build a career in home textile design and product development for international markets. NWorking closely with senior designers, product developers, and merchandising teams, you will contribute to the development of seasonal collections across Table Linen, Curtains, Cushions, Kitchen Linen, Bedding, and Decorative Home Textiles. From trend research and concept creation to CAD development and sampling, you will gain end-to-end exposure to the product development lifecycle. NKey ResponsibilitiesnTrend Research & Concept Development Nn Research global fashion, lifestyle, retail, and home furnishing trends. N Develop mood boards, colour palettes, and seasonal design concepts. N Study customer preferences, market insights, and emerging design directions. N Explore innovative materials, textures, finishes, and construction techniques. NnDesign Development Nn Create original textile designs, prints, patterns, repeats, and surface developments. N Prepare CADs, colourways, digital mock-ups, and presentation boards using Adobe Creative Suite.



N Develop artwork for multiple home textile categories, including: N Table Linenn Curtains N Cushionsn Kitchen Linen N Beddingn Decorative Textiles N Revise designs based oncustomer feedback and internal reviews. N Ensure artwork is technically accurate and production-ready. NnProduct Development Support Nn Work with the Product Development and Sampling teams during prototype development. N Assist in selecting fabrics, trims, embellishments, and print techniques. N Support sample evaluations and recommend design improvements. N Maintain design consistency throughout the sampling and approval process. NnCross-Functional Collaboration Nn Collaborate with Design, Product Development, Merchandising, CAD, Sampling, and Production teams. N Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and collection presentations. N Maintain digital designlibraries, seasonal archives, and artwork documentation. N Support customer presentations by preparing professional visual assets. NSkills & Qualifications Nn Bachelor's Degreein Textile Design, Fashion Design, Surface Design, or a related discipline.



N 0–4 years of experiencein Textile, Home Textile, Surface, or Fashion Design. N Graduates from NID, NIFT, Pearl Academy, UID, Srishti, MIT Institute of Design, or equivalent institutions are preferred. N Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, colour sense, pattern development, and design thinking. N Good knowledge of AdobePhotoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft PowerPoint. N Understanding of textile repeats, colour ways, print development, fabric construction, and surface design. N Knowledge of hand sketches, digital illustrations, and trend interpretation. N Strong visual presentation and communication skills. N Passion for home furnishings and international design trends. N Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a collaborative environment. NnPreferred Skills Nn Exposure to Scandinavian, European, and contemporary home décor aesthetics. N Basic understanding of sustainable materials and responsible design practices. N Knowledge of AI-assisted design tools and digital illustration will be an added advantage.
