NAbout the RolenThis role is ideal for a commercially strong, field-driven sales qualified who can independently manage territory performance, strengthen dealer and farmer relationships, drive product adoption, and convert market opportunities into sustainable business growth. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Drive territory sales growth, collections, forecasting, and market execution N Manage and strengthen dealer, distributor, and farmer networks N Lead market developmentactivities for key crops, varieties, and high-potential segments N Promote product adoption through field visits, crop demonstrations, farmer meetings,



and technical positioning N Monitor channel inventory and support product availability across dealer/retailer points N Coordinate new variety trials and capture market feedback for product positioning N Work closely with internal stakeholders for smooth business execution N Work independently as an individual contributor with full ownership of territory outcomes NnRequired Profile Nn Degree / Master'sin Agriculture N 5–7 years of experiencein vegetable seeds / agri-input sales N Experience in protectedcultivation / polyhouse crops preferred N Strong dealer management, collection, forecasting, and territory planning skills N Ability to convert cropknowledge into sales and market development opportunities N Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills N Comfortable working independently in a field-based sales role N Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory NnThis is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about vegetable seeds, protected cultivation, farmer engagement, and territory-led business growth.
