Job DescriptionAVP / VP – Regulatory Compliance (NBFC) NLocation: Delhi NCR NWe are partnering with a leading financial services organization to hire an experienced AVP/VP – Regulatory Compliance to lead the compliance function for its RBI-regulated NBFC business. NThis is an excellent opportunity for senior compliance professionals who have deep expertise in the RBI regulatory framework and are looking to take on a strategic leadership role. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Lead the end-to-end regulatory compliance function for an RBI-regulated NBFC. N Interpret and implementRBI Master Directions, circulars, and regulatory updates. N Drive regulatory governance, compliance monitoring, and enterprise-wide compliance framework. N Lead RBI inspections, supervisory reviews, regulatory audits, and closure of observations. N Develop and review compliance policies, SOPs, and internal governance frameworks. N Provide regulatory advisory to business teams on new products, strategic initiatives, and evolving regulations. N Oversee financial crimecompliance, including KYC, AML, PMLA, sanctions, and regulatory reporting. N Liaise with RBI and other regulatory authorities on compliance matters.



N Present compliance updates to senior leadership and governance committees. NnIdeal Candidate Nn 14–20 years of post-qualification experience in Regulatory Compliance. N Robust experience within an RBI-regulated NBFC, bank, fintech, or financial services organization. N Hands-on experience with RBI inspections, regulatory audits, supervisory interactions, and regulatory remediation. N Exposure to digital lending, retail lending, payments, or other RBI-regulated businesses. N Strong understanding ofKYC, AML, PMLA, regulatory governance, and compliance frameworks. N Experience leading compliance programs and engaging with senior stakeholders. N Excellent communicationand stakeholder management skills. NnPreferred Qualifications Nn LL.B., CS, CA, orequivalent professional qualification. N Prior experience in a leadership or team management role is preferred.
