NKey Responsibilitiesn N Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of tele-counsellors (inbound & outbound). N Drive admission targetsand ensure revenue growth. N Monitor team performance, call quality, and conversion rates. N Handle shrinkage, attrition, and team productivity. N Ensure exceptional counselling experience for students & parents.



N Prepare daily/weekly reports and ensure process compliance.
