NResponsibilities: Nn Manage technical projects from initiation to closure, including planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling project activities. N Create and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules. N Identify project risks and develop risk management strategies to minimize the impact on project outcomes. N Communicate effectivelywith stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors, and project team members. N Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications. N Provide regular projectstatus updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.



N Manage project change requests and scope changes, ensuring that they are properly documented and approved. N Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and infrastructure teams. N Ensure compliance with the bank's project management methodology and standards. N Mentor and coach project team members to improve their project management skills. NnRequirements: Nn Bachelor's degreein Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. N At least 5-8 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. N Robust knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. N Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. N Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget. N Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills along with the Ability to work independently and as part of a team. N PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
