Job DescriptionJob Title: Project / Program Manager II – Advanced (UAT / Testing) NJob Description: NWe are looking for an experienced Project/Program Manager with 8+ years of experience in UAT and testing of financial/accounting platforms, preferably with exposure to Eagle Accounting, SunGard, or similar accounting systems. The candidate will be responsible for managing testing activities related to platform upgrades, migrations, integrations, and business-critical enhancements within the Asset & Wealth Management domain. NKey Responsibilities: Nn Lead and coordinate UAT/testing activities for financial and accounting platform initiatives. N Manage end-to-end testing lifecycle including planning, execution, defect management, and stakeholder communication. N Collaborate with business, technology, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of projects. N Validate system upgrades, migrations,
and integrations with minimal business disruption. N Track project milestones, risks, issues, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. NnRequired Skills: Nn Robust experiencein UAT/testing for financial or accounting platforms. N Exposure to Eagle Accounting, SunGard, ServiceNow, or similar accounting tools. N Project/program management experience within BFSI or Asset & Wealth Management domain. N Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
