NPosition Overview: NWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Secops, IRM, GRC Developer with minimum 2-12 years of experience in the ServiceNow platform to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow SecOps solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Workspace, scripting, integrations, and portal development to ensure seamless implementation and functionality of Secops, IRM, GRC modules and related solutions. NKey Responsibilities: Nn Secops, IRM, GRC Development & Configuration: N Design and implement ServiceNow SecOps solutions, including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management modules. N Configure and customizeworkflows, dashboards, and reports to meet organizational requirements. N ServiceNow Workspace Development:



N Develop intuitive and user-friendly ServiceNow Workspaces tailored for SecOps use cases, enabling efficient task management and visibility for end-users. N Configuring the existing Workspaces while adding/removing widgets etc. N Portal Design & Development: N Create and enhance ServiceNow Service Portals with a focus on functionalities, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. N Catalog form creation and integrating those with other ServiceNow modules is key. N Integration: N Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other third-party systems (e.G., ERP, ITSM, risk platforms) using REST, SOAP APIs, and MID Servers. N Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively. N Scripting & Customization: N Develop and maintain custom scripts using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts. N Optimize scripts to ensure system performance and scalability. N Process Optimization: N Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and streamline SecOps processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. N System Administration &Support;: N Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform to ensure smooth operations. N Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders. NnRequired Skills & Experience:



Nn Proven experiencein ServiceNow SecOps module implementation and development. N Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Workspace design and development. N Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes. N Experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow Portals, widgets, and UI pages. N Robust understanding ofintegration methods (REST/SOAP APIs) and troubleshooting integration issues. N Familiarity with ServiceNow platform administration and performance optimization techniques. N Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. N Excellent communicationand problem-solving skills. NnPreferred Qualifications: Nn ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance N ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – TPRM N ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – BCM N ServiceNow System Admin(CSA) N ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or other relevant certifications. N Experience with Agile development methodologies. N Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules (e.G., ITSM, GRC, IRM, or ITOM).
