We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead customer programs from quotation through production, delivery, and post-launch support while ensuring customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and profitability. NRole DescriptionnThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Manager in Coimbatore. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing programs from RFQ through production and coordinating cross-functional teams across Engineering, Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure successful execution of customer programs. NYou will: Nn Manage customer programs from RFQ through production, launch, and end-of-life. Nnn Build and maintain strong customer relationships while serving as the primary customer contact. Nnn Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and program milestones. Nnn CoordinateEngineering, Production, Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing activities. Nnn Monitor production schedules and resolve delivery constraints. Nnn Coordinateengineering changes, prototype builds, PPAPs, and production releases. Nnn Review customer purchase orders and support quotation activities. Nnn Monitor program profitability and identify cost reduction opportunities. Nnn Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans. Nnn Lead customer quality concerns, corrective actions, and audit support activities.



Nnn Monitor supplier performance and resolve supply chain issues impacting customer programs. Nnn Prepare customer presentations, KPI reports, and executive program status updates. Nnn Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. NnYou have: Nn Bachelor's Degreein Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. N 5–8 years of Program Management or Project Management experience in a manufacturing environment. N Experience managing multiple customer accounts and cross-functional teams. N Strong understanding ofmanufacturing operations and production planning. N Experience with ERP/MRPsystems such as Visual ERP, Epicor, SAP, NetSuite, or equivalent. N Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Excel and Microsoft Project (or equivalent planning software). N Knowledge of BOMs, routing, scheduling, capacity planning, and cost analysis. N Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. N Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. N Experience in Wire Harness, Cable Assembly, Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, Industrial Automation,



or Medical Manufacturing is preferred. N APQP, PPAP, Lean Manufacturing, and IPC/WHMA-A-620 knowledge are preferred. N PMP, Lean Six Sigma, orAPICS/ASCM certifications are an advantage. NnAdditional Requirements: Nn Willing to work from the office. Nnn Shift Timing: 03:00 PM – 01:00 AM IST. Nnn Ability tomanage multiple customer programs simultaneously. Nnn Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Nnn Customer-focused mindset with the ability to lead without direct authority.
