We're early, fast-moving, and defining a new content format category from scratch. NAbout the Role: NWe're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of brand, storytelling, and AI-powered creativity. You'll lead visual execution across campaigns, work closely with cross-functional teams, mentor a junior designer, and help shape a future-ready design language for a rapid-growing AI brand. NKey Responsibilities: Nn Own and execute end-to-end visual design for marketing campaigns across digital, social, web, product marketing, and brand initiatives. N Leverage AI design tools (e.G. generative image/video tools, AI-assisted workflows) to ideate, iterate, and scale creative output efficiently. N Translate marketing briefs into high-impact visuals that align with brand strategy and business goals. N Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Content, and Growth teams to deliver cohesive campaigns. N Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across touch points. N Mentor and manage a junior designer,



providing feedback, reviews, and creative direction. N Present concepts clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively. N Stay updated with emerging design, AI, and marketing trends.
