Per4mance Guru is hiring a full-time Graphic Designer to support an international client account working on US/Canada hours. You'll own the visual production for a fast-moving performance marketing account — turning briefs into scroll-stopping, on-brand creative across paid social, organic, and web.

This is a hybrid role based out of Delhi (preferred), with strong remote candidates also considered.

What You'll Don

- Design ad creatives for Meta/Google campaigns (static, carousel, and display) aligned to performance goals
n
- Produce social media graphics, reels covers, and campaign visuals across formats
n
- Edit, retouch, and composite images — combining product shots, lifestyle imagery, and brand assets into polished final creative
n
- Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables for the account
n
- Turn around quick iterations based on performance data and client feedback
n
- Collaborate closely with strategists and the account team on creative direction
n

What We're Looking Fornn




- 2–4+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally with agency or brand in-house experience
n
- Robust portfolio showing ad creative, social design, and image editing/compositing work
n
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; Figma/Canva a plus
n
- Comfortable working US/Canada time zone hours to overlap with the client
n
- Excellent communication skills — able to take a brief, ask the right questions, and present work clearly
n
- Based in Delhi (preferred, for hybrid) or open to remote work with reliable availability during shift hours

- Experience designing for a US or Canadian brand/audience

- Basic motion graphics / video editing skills

- Familiarity with performance marketing and what makes creative convert (not just look good)
