Our client is one of Delhi-NCR's fastest-growing premium bakery and dessert brands, redefining how consumers discover and enjoy desserts through an innovation-led, omnichannel model. Backed by strong consumer traction and a rapidly expanding footprint, the company operates a large central kitchen, multiple dark stores, and a fast-growing D2C business. As they continue their South India expansion, they are looking for a hands-on leader to build and scale their regional operations from Bengaluru.

Role Overview:

n

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and execution-driven Regional General Manager to lead the company's South India expansion. This role will be responsible for setting up and scaling the Bengaluru central kitchen, driving regional P&L;, establishing high-performing teams, and launching operations across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in food retail, QSR, cloud kitchens, central kitchen operations, or food manufacturing, along with experience in building businesses from the ground up.

Job Responsibilities:

- Own the regional P&L;, ensuring profitable growth across the South India business.
n
- Lead the setup and operational launch of the Bengaluru central kitchen and supporting distribution network.
n
- Build and scale regional operations across Bengaluru,



followed by Hyderabad and Chennai.
n
- Drive production, operations, supply chain, procurement, and inventory management to ensure operational excellence.
n
- Build, lead, and develop cross-functional teams across production, operations, procurement, and regional management.
n
- Establish scalable operational processes while maintaining quality, food safety, and service standards.
n
- Drive capacity planning, demand forecasting, and production planning to support business growth.
n
- Partner closely with leadership to execute regional expansion strategies and achieve business objectives.
n
- Monitor key business metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous operational excellence.
n
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and statutory requirements across all operations.
n

Job Requirements:

n

n
- 8–20 years of experience in Food Retail, QSR, Cloud Kitchens, Food Manufacturing, Bakery, FMCG, or Central Kitchen Operations.
n
- Proven experience leading regional operations, factory/plant operations, central kitchens, or large-scale food production.
n
- Strong P&L; ownership with experience driving profitability and operational performance.
n
- Demonstrated experience in setting up new facilities, markets, production units, or regional operations from scratch.
n
- Strong understanding of production, supply chain, procurement, and people management.
n
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and high ownership.
n
- Prior experience in South India markets will be preferred.
