We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for leading multiple deliveries, driving the entire project lifecycle from planning and roadmap creation to execution and reporting. This position requires an individual with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, along with exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

n

Drive a large-scale technology delivery by developing and managing a comprehensive project plan, outlining scope, timelines, resources, and dependencies.

n

Facilitate technical and strategic discussions between architecture, engineering, business, and compliance teams to ensure alignment and drive decisions.

n

Prepare and present various executive-level monthly reports, clearly communicating project progress, risks, and issues.

n

Identify, report, and manage the project's RAG (Red-Amber-Green) status. Take ownership of challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and define a clear "Path to Green" for any at-risk deliverables.

Ensure clear, consistent,



and effective communication across all levels of the organization, from individual project team members to senior executive leadership.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

n

Domain Knowledge: Experience within the financial services industry, particularly in Regulatory, Compliance, Surveillance is good to have.

n

Project Management: Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) with a demonstrated ability to create detailed project plans, manage dependencies, and track progress effectively.

n

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and senior leadership.

n

Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across various functions and seniority levels.

n

Problem-Solving: Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
