About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients to provide expert real estate consultancy services, specializing in Pune's East and West locations.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless and personalized property-buying experience.

- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales strategies to achieve individual and company targets.

- Utilize social media and other platforms for lead generation, branding, and relationship building.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience:



Minimum 4 years in real estate consultancy with a history of successfully closing sales.

- Personality: Presentable, extroverted, and adept at collaborating within the team and connecting effectively with clients.

- Education: MBA candidates are preferred, but graduates with relevant experience are also welcome.

- Essentials:

- Own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler.

- Possess a laptop and smartphone.
n
- Tech-Savvy: Active on social media with the ability to leverage it for branding and lead generation.
