Associate Manager – HR & Compliance US Operations

We're hiring an HR & Compliance professional to manage payroll, timesheets, invoicing, and HR compliance for our US staffing business — coordinating with payroll vendors, C2C consultants, and clients across multiple states.

What you'll do:

n

Manage timesheets & invoicing controls

n

Own payroll processing & state notice resolution

n

Coordinate HR compliance audits with clients & vendors

n

Drive MIS reporting & process improvements

n

What you bring:

n

5–10 years' experience, ideally in U.S. staffing

n

Hands-on payroll processing & notice response experience

n

Robust stakeholder coordination skills

n
