Role Overview

n

Techno-Commercial Project Management professional with 8 to 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry to lead cross-functional product development and supply project execution while ensuring commercial viability and technical excellence. The role requires strong project management capabilities combined with a sound understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory, quality, manufacturing, product development, and commercial operations.

The ideal candidate will coordinate multiple stakeholders including Business Development, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, R&D;, Supply Chain, Finance, and clients to ensure successful execution of pharmaceutical consulting and regulatory projects.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

n

· Lead end-to-end execution of pharmaceutical product development, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

n

· Develop project plans, monitor progress, manage risks,



and optimize resource utilization.

n

· Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Development, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Manufacturing, R&D;, Supply Chain, and Finance.

n

· Support business development through technical evaluations, commercial proposal preparation and closing license and supply agreements with CMOs and other business partners

n

· Manage client relationships with CMOs/ CROs/ Marketing partners, conduct project review meetings, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

n

· Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements, GMP, and applicable quality standards.

n

· Oversee project budgets, profitability, contract compliance, and financial performance.

n

· Establish PMO governance, maintain project dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.

n

· Support strategic initiatives, portfolio planning, and organizational growth.

n

· Represent the organization in client meetings, audits, and business engagements as required.

n

· Travel for client meetings, audits, or conferences (domestic/international) as required.

n

Experience & Qualifications

n

· Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

n

· Around 8-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical product lifecycle management, regulatory, product development, or consulting setting.

n

· Exposure to project management activities in pharmaceuticals

n

· Understanding of project financial tracking and timelines.

n

· Strong communication and coordination skills.

n

· Good time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

n

· High attention to detail, accuracy, and diligence.
