We are hiring GIS Developers with solid expertise in ArcGIS Pro SDK and C# .NET to drive a critical migration initiative from legacy ArcGIS (Arc Objects/COM) to ArcGIS Pro Core Host on .NET 8. This is a hands-on technical role involving geospatial data processing, pipeline development, and headless application building.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Migrate legacy COM-based Arc Objects code to ArcGIS Pro Core Host (.NET 8), ensuring full functional parity
n
- Develop & optimize geometry processing operations (buffer, intersect, union, reprojection) for large-scale spatial datasets
n
- Build automated data import/export pipelines across shapefiles, geodatabases, and Oracle Spatial
n
- Develop headless CLI/console applications with Python/Arc Py integration for batch geoprocessing
n
- Project scope involves migrating from ArcGIS to ArcGIS Pro; candidates having exposure or knowledge of Pro is an added advantage.

What We're Looking For

GIS & Esri Platform

n

n
- Strong hands-on experience with ArcGIS Pro SDK (ArcGIS. Core. Geometry / ArcGIS. Core. Data) – Primary Focus.
n




- Working knowledge of Arc Objects APIs (IFeature Class, ITopological Operator) for migration comprehension
n
- Solid understanding of GIS concepts: spatial data modeling, coordinate systems, and geospatial analysis
n
- Experience with data conversion across formats — XML, JSON, shapefiles, geodatabases
n
- Familiarity with map rendering — vector/raster, ICAO-compliant symbology and layering
n
- Knowledge of computational geometry principles
n

Back-End & Programming

n

n
- Proficient in C# across .NET Framework and .NET 8 (async/await, LINQ) – Supporting Focus.
n
- Python scripting for automation, Arc Py-based geoprocessing, and server configuration (Windows/Linux)
n
- Performance optimization: cursor handling, memory management, COM interop cleanup
n

Database

- Experience with Oracle Spatial, SQL, and PL/SQL
n
- Spatial database design and administration

Front-End (Basic)

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java Script, jQuery

- Basic understanding of graphics/OpenGL programming

- Experience with FME for spatial ETL workflows
