Role Summary

n

Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating Fire & Life Safety (FLS) designs in compliance with UAE Civil Defense, NFPA standards, and local authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Prepare and review FLS design drawings and reports.
n
- Ensure compliance with NFPA and local authority codes.
n
- Coordinate authority submissions and approvals.
n
- Review architectural drawings for fire safety compliance.
n
- Support projects from concept through final approval.
n
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
n

Requirements

n

n
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
n
- 10+ years in Fire & Life Safety consultancy.
n
- Solid knowledge of NFPA standards and UAE authority approvals.
n
- Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit is an advantage).
n
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
