What you will do

- Lead and scale high-performing inside sales teams across India and international markets
n
- Own regional and global portfolios with complete revenue accountability
n
- Drive sales strategy, forecasting, funnel management, and conversions
n
- Mentor, coach, and build future sales leaders
n
- Work closely with marketing, product, and placement teams to drive outcomes
n
- Set benchmarks, track performance, and consistently exceed targets

- 6–15 years of proven experience in Inside Sales leadership within EdTech
n
- Strong track record of managing large teams and multiple regions
n
- Ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently
n
- Data-driven, process-oriented, and execution-focused
n
- Comfortable handling senior responsibilities and scaling operations
