Beyond Red Ocean Consulting (BROC) is hiring on behalf of its client for one of India's growing manufacturers of writing instruments and stationery products.

n

This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished sales leader to drive national business expansion, strengthen distribution, and build a high-performing sales organisation.

n

Location: Kolkata

n

Experience: 10–15 Years

n

Industry Preference: Writing Instruments | Stationery | FMCG | Consumer Products

Key Responsibilitiesn

Drive national sales growth and achieve revenue targets

n

Expand and strengthen the distributor & dealer network across India

n

Lead Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers

n

Develop sales strategies, forecasts and market expansion plans

n

Drive recent product launches and improve market penetration

n

Build a data-driven, high-performance sales culture





Ideal Candidaten

10+ years of sales experience with at least 5 years leading regional or national teams

n

Strong exposure to distributor-led sales and channel development

n

Experience in FMCG, Consumer Products, Writing Instruments or Stationery preferred

n

Proven ability to scale business, lead teams and deliver sustainable growth

n
