Title: Financial Reporting Support

Employment Type: Temporary / Contract role (6 months)

Role Objective

n

To support the Financial Reporting function in ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, notes to accounts, and accounting records across Head Office and overseas branches, while maintaining audit readiness and compliance with internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Assist in monthly and quarterly financial reporting activities, including preparation and review support for financial statements.
n
- Support the preparation of notes to financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
n
- Assist in creation and maintenance of General Ledger (GL) accounts for UAE and overseas branches.
n
- Support Head Office accounting functions including maintenance of accounting records.
n
- Assist in voucher posting, control reports, and routine accounting activities.
n
- Review audit engagement letters and invoices for accuracy and completeness.
n




- Coordinate approvals and documentation for audit-related requirements.
n
- Support ad-hoc financial reporting and process improvement activities.
n

Eligibility Criteria

n

n
- Chartered Accountant (CA) .
n
- 4 to 7+ years of relevant post-qualification experience in financial reporting/accounting/audit.
n
- Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting frameworks.
n
- Experience in GL accounting, financial statements, and audit coordination.
n
- Banking/financial services experience preferred.
n
