Job Description: Customer Success Onboarding Specialist

Location: Dairy Circle, Near Forum Mall, Koramangala, Bangalore

Experience: 0-3 years

n

Salary Range: 3 - 4 LPA

n

Onboarding Management & Process Ownership:

n

Lead comprehensive onboarding sessions for new customers, including trial kickoff calls, live demos, and tailored training sessions covering Pluralsight's platform.

n

Facilitate the smooth handoff from Sales to Customer Success by ensuring all critical customer information is accurately collected and documented.

n

Implement a structured onboarding process for your clients, ensuring that key milestones are met (e.g., trial kickoff call, product feedback meetings, account reviews, and transition calls).

n

Customer Training & Adoption:

n

Deliver high-impact onboarding and training sessions to equip customers with the skills necessary to use the Pluralsight platform effectively.

n

Lead product demonstrations covering key features to get Customers started.

n

Cross-Functional Coordination & Feedback Integration:

n





Collaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs), Customer Success Managers (CSM), Product, Customer Education, and Professional Services.

n

Strategic Customer Engagement:

n

Engage with key decision-makers and firm champions to establish strategic success metrics and ensure alignment on implementation milestones.

n

Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end onboarding processes for enterprise clients and high-value accounts.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and engage Customers

n

Robust organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

n

Ability to demonstrate presence and empathy with customers in order to solve the right problems.

n

Ability to learn and teach customers new features and capabilities of the platform

n

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a customer-first mindset.
