Your Role

Your primary responsibility is to create a strong pipeline of qualified interior design enquiries through offline business development activities.
You will represent the company in the field and build long-term relationships that continuously generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

Apartment Outreach

* Visit premium apartment communities

* Meet association members and committee representatives

* Build relationships with facility managers and security teams

* Identify homeowners planning interiors

* Organize permission for stalls and promotional activities

Builder & Channel Partnerships

* Develop relationships with builders
* Meet real estate agents
* Connect with architects
* Build partnerships with contractors
* Generate referral opportunities

Marketing Activities

* Conduct apartment activation campaigns

* Organize kiosks and promotional events

* Participate in exhibitions

* Execute leaflet distribution campaigns

* Identify new offline marketing opportunities

Lead Generation





* Generate qualified customer enquiries

* Collect complete customer information

* Update leads in the CRM

* Ensure timely handover to the sales team

* Follow up until the customer interaction begins

Market Intelligence

* Identify upcoming apartment projects

* Track competitor activities

* Suggest new business opportunities

* Provide market feedback to management

Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

* Has excellent communication skills

* Is confident speaking with strangers

* Enjoys networking and relationship building

* Is proactive and self-driven

* Can work independently

* Is disciplined in reporting

* Has a positive attitude

Preferred Experience

* 2–4 years in Business Development, Field Sales, Marketing, or Lead Generation from Interiors of Real Estate background

* Not for freshers

* Is comfortable travelling across Bangalore

Qualification

* Graduate in any discipline

* Valid two-wheeler with driving license preferred
