Job Summary:

n

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Online Sales Support Executive to support the sales team by handling online inquiries, assisting customers with travel-related information, and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the booking process.

n

Key Responsibilties:

n

n
- Handle customer inquiries received through Whats App, email, website, and social media platforms.
n
- Assist the sales team by sharing tour packages, quotations, and travel information.
n
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain lead records.
n
- Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and Ticketing teams for seamless customer service.
n
- Assist customers with booking procedures and required travel documentation.
n
- Maintain accurate customer data and update records in the CRM system.
n
- Ensure timely responses to all customer queries.
n




- Provide excellent customer support and resolve basic customer concerns.
n
- Achieve daily follow-up and response targets.
n

n

Eligibility:

n

n
- Graduate in any discipline.
n
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Support, or the Travel Industry.
n
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
n
- Good communication skills in English,Hindi and Gujrati.
n
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
n
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
n
- Willingness to work in Day Shift or Night Shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
n
