We are looking for an experienced Ex-Armed Forces Officer to lead our institution as Director Principal.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Provide strategic leadership and overall administration of the school.
n
- Foster a culture of discipline, integrity, patriotism, and excellence.
n
- Lead academic planning while ensuring high educational standards.
n
- Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff.
n
- Develop leadership, personality development, and defence-oriented training programs.
n
- Ensure compliance with CBSE and other statutory guidelines.
n
- Build strong relationships with parents, students, and stakeholders.
n
- Monitor student discipline, safety, and overall campus operations.
n
- Drive admissions, branding, and institutional growth initiatives.
n
- Mentor staff and create a high-performance work culture.
n

Eligibility

n

n
- Ex-Armed Forces Officer (Indian Army / Navy / Air Force) – Mandatory




n
- Officer rank with distinguished service record.
n
- Bachelor's Degree required.
n
- Master's Degree preferred.
n
- B. Ed./M. Ed. preferred.
n
- Experience in educational leadership or training institutions will be an added advantage.
n
