Job Overview

We are looking for passionate Early Childhood Educators to conduct engaging, play-based learning sessions for children aged 0–6 years at their homes. This role focuses on delivering structured, activity-based learning while fostering children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct one-on-one learning sessions using structured educational kits
n
- Deliver appropriate, activity-based lessons tailored to each child
n
- Share regular progress updates with parents and encourage participation
n
- Maintain attendance and session records through the company app
n
- Follow safety, hygiene, and professional standards during home visits
n




- Participate in training programs and contribute feedback for curriculum enhancement
n

Requirements

n

n
- B. Ed., ECCED, Montessori, Waldorf, or equivalent qualification
n
- Minimum 6 months of preschool or early childhood teaching experience
n
- Fluent in English and Hindi or Marathi
n
- Comfortable travelling within Mumbai's Western or Central suburbs
n
- Strong communication, patience, and child-friendly approach
