Experience: 3–8 Years

Motadata is looking for an experienced Presales Consultant to join our growing team in Navi Mumbai (candidates willing to relocate are also welcome).

n

What You'll Do

n

Engage with enterprise customers to understand business and technical requirements

n

Conduct discovery workshops, solution presentations, and product demonstrations

n

Design solution architectures, technical proposals, SOWs, and BOMs

n

Build and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) aligned with customer environments

n

Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams throughout the sales lifecycle

n

Respond to RFPs/RFIs and provide technical consultation for enterprise opportunities

n

Help customers modernize their IT Operations through Monitoring, Observability, and ITSM solutions

n





We're Looking For

n

Experience with IT Operations, Network Monitoring, ITSM, APM, RUM, or Observability platforms

n

Hands-on exposure to tools such as Motadata, Manage Engine, Solar Winds, PRTG, Whats Up Gold, Freshworks, Service Now, or BMC Helix

n

Knowledge of Infrastructure, Application, Database, Cloud, and Hybrid Environment Monitoring

n

Understanding of Metrics, Logs, Traces (MLT), Distributed Tracing, Synthetic Monitoring, and Log Analytics

n

Familiarity with Networking (TCP/IP, SNMP, WMI, Syslog, Net Flow), Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, and integrations

n

Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills

n
