Team Labs, part of Mondragon Unibertsitatea (Spain), is looking for a Learning Journey Program Coordinator based in Mumbai or Pune to lead the local coordination of an international entrepreneurship program.

n

At Team Labs we believe people learn best by doing.

n

Through our official Bachelor's Degree in Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Innovation (LEINN), students create real companies, work with international organisations and travel around the world to learn directly from entrepreneurial ecosystems.

n

Every year, our students spend six weeks in India exploring innovation, developing business projects and learning from local entrepreneurs, companies and communities.

n

We're looking for someone who can make this experience truly exceptional.

What you'll do

n

You'll become the key local connector between Team Labs, our partners and the entrepreneurial ecosystem in India.

n

You'll:

n

n
- Design and coordinate the Learning Journey across Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata and Agra.
n
- Build partnerships with startups, accelerators, universities, companies and innovation communities.
n
- Coordinate logistics, venues, transportation and local suppliers.
n
- Connect students with entrepreneurs, mentors and organisations.
n
- Facilitate experiential learning activities together with our academic team.
n
- Support student business projects through local networking and market opportunities.
n




- Ensure an outstanding participant experience throughout the program.
n
- Act as the main liaison between India and our Spain-based coordination team.
n

We're looking for someone who...

n

n
- Lives in Mumbai or Pune (or nearby).
n
- Has experience coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
n
- Enjoys connecting people, ideas and organisations.
n
- Knows India's entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem.
n
- Has experience working with universities, educational programs, NGOs or international initiatives.
n
- Is organised, proactive and comfortable solving unexpected situations.
n
- Speaks fluent English.
n
- Spanish is a plus—but curiosity and intercultural mindset matter even more.
