Sales Manager (Reactive)

At Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions, you'll help drive revenue for a portfolio of leading hotels across the United States, including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and IHG. As a Sales Manager (Reactive), you'll manage inbound sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and convert business inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering exceptional hospitality.

- Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
n
- Manage corporate accounts and respond to group, corporate, and meeting inquiries.
n
- Prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and secure contracts to maximize hotel revenue.
n
- Develop new business opportunities while growing existing client relationships.
n
- Coordinate with Revenue Management, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
n
- Monitor sales performance, conversion reports, and market trends to achieve revenue goals.
n
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and hotel sales systems.
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

What We're Looking For





n

n
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
n
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Hotel Sales, Corporate Sales, MICE, or Group Sales.
n
- Experience with Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, or other branded hotels is preferred.
n
- Solid negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
n
- Proficiency in hotel sales systems such as Delphi, Salesforce, OnQ, Opera, or similar platforms.
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
