CTC: Up to ₹5.50 LPA+Incentive

Experience: 3+ Years in Life insurance, Banking, Finance, Loan, Mutual fund, General Insurance, Health insurance or any BFSI Sales

Qualification: Graduate Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

n

- Recruit, train, and develop agency advisors and sales teams.
n
- Drive business growth and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and customers.
n
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and motivation.
n




- Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and local market networking.
n
- Support advisors during customer meetings and sales closures.
