We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive – Events & MICE Operations to join our team in Mumbai.

n

Experience Required:

n

n
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Events & MICE industry
n

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Manage end-to-end planning and execution of domestic and international corporate events, MICE programs, conferences, meetings, exhibitions, and incentive travel.
n
- Handle complete event logistics, including venue selection, travel, accommodation, transportation, registrations, and vendor management.
n
- Oversee event production and ensure flawless on-site execution.
n
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors,



agencies, and business partners to deliver high-quality events within timelines and budgets.
n
- Prepare event plans, presentations, reports, and documentation using Microsoft Office.
n
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring operational excellence and exceptional stakeholder experience.
n

Required Skills:

n

n
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Events & MICE.
n
- Strong expertise in end-to-end event logistics and production.
n
- Proven experience in managing domestic and international events.
n
- Excellent project management, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook).
n
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
n
