About the Role

n

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager to lead large-scale AI operations programs across global markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving operational challenges, and has experience managing distributed teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

You will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution of multiple projects, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high-quality standards, and delivering projects on time while coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external workforce partners.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage multiple AI-related operational projects across different geographies.
n
- Plan project timelines, resource allocation, and execution strategies.
n
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and operational teams to ensure successful delivery.
n
- Recruit, onboard, and manage external workforce partners, contractors, and freelance resources as required for projects.
n
- Oversee project logistics, including shipment tracking, inventory management, device allocation, and operational readiness.
n
- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, reports, KPIs, and executive updates.
n
- Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.
n
- Ensure operational processes are standardized, documented, and continuously improved.
n
- Work closely with recruiting, finance, legal, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
n
- Monitor project budgets, utilization, productivity, and overall operational performance.
n
- Drive quality assurance and compliance across all project activities.
n
- Conduct regular project reviews, client updates,



and internal status meetings.
n
- Support scaling initiatives by building repeatable operational processes.
n

Required Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
n
- 4–8 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Operations Management, or Account Management.
n
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
n
- Experience managing distributed teams or external workforce is highly preferred.
n
- Strong reporting skills using Excel, Google Sheets, Power Point, and project management platforms.
n
- Comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving workplace.
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
n
- Ability to work with cross-functional global teams across different time zones.
n
