About the Role

n

Affluence Films Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to acquire brands, advertising agencies and corporate clients for our AI-powered advertising and creative production services.

n

This is a fully remote position, and candidates can work from anywhere in India.

n

We are looking for professionals with experience in Advertising Sales, Media Sales, Creative Agencies, Digital Marketing, Production Houses or Brand Partnerships who can directly connect with senior decision-makers and close high-value advertising projects.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

* Identify and approach established brands, companies and advertising/media agencies across India.

n

* Connect with CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, Founders and key decision-makers.

n

* Generate qualified leads through Linked In, email, calls, networking, referrals and existing industry relationships.

n

* Pitch our AI-generated ad films, product commercials, branded content and creative campaigns.

n

* Understand client briefs, campaign objectives, budgets and requirements.

n

* Coordinate with the creative team to prepare concepts, proposals and commercial quotations.

n





* Conduct client presentations and meetings remotely.

n

* Manage negotiations, follow-ups and deal closures.

n

* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

n

* Develop long-term relationships with brands and agencies to generate repeat business.

n

* Achieve monthly revenue and client-acquisition targets.

n

Ideal Candidate

n

* 3–7 years of experience in Business Development, Advertising Sales, Media Sales, Brand Partnerships or B2B Sales.

n

* Previous experience with an advertising agency, creative agency, digital marketing agency, media company or production house is preferred.

n

* Existing network with brands, CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers and advertising agencies is a major advantage.

n

* Strong communication, presentation, pitching and negotiation skills.

n

* Proven track record of generating leads and independently closing B2B deals.

n

* Comfortable working remotely in a target-driven environment.

n

* Experience in Generative AI is not mandatory; our creative team will provide the required technical and production support.

Compensation, Incentives & Targets

n

Fixed Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month, depending on experience,



network and previous sales performance.

n

Monthly Revenue Target: ₹10–15 lakh in collected business after the initial ramp-up period.

n

Performance Incentive:

n

* 5% on collected business up to ₹10 lakh/month

n

* 7% on collected business above ₹10 lakh/month

n

* 10% on collected business above ₹15 lakh/month

n

* Incentives will be linked to actual payments received from clients

n

* No earning cap for high performers

n

Candidates with an exceptional track record, strong brand relationships and experience closing large advertising accounts may be considered for a higher compensation package.
