Meenaar Global Consultants LLP is seeking an experienced Manager – Project Planning & Controls to lead planning, scheduling, monitoring, and project control activities for multiple Oil & Gas, EPC, Infrastructure, and PMC projects.

n

This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in project scheduling, multi-project coordination, progress monitoring, and management reporting, who can drive timely project execution and support strategic decision-making.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
n
- Monitor project progress against approved baselines, contractual milestones, and deliverables.
n
- Perform schedule analysis, critical path monitoring, delay assessment, and recovery planning.
n
- Prepare project dashboards, MIS reports, S-Curves, progress reports, and management presentations.
n
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Clients, Contractors, Consultants, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
n
- Monitor project risks, resource utilization, procurement interfaces, billing progress, and cost performance.
n
- Support contract administration, claims, EOT documentation, and commercial reporting.
n
- Standardize project planning, reporting,



and project control processes across multiple projects.
n

Qualifications & Experience

n

n
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related Engineering discipline.
n
- 10–15 years of experience in Project Planning & Controls within Oil & Gas, EPC, Infrastructure, Pipeline, CGD, or PMC projects.
n
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, project scheduling, progress monitoring, and project controls.
n
- Experience in multi-project management, stakeholder coordination, and project reporting.
n
