Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)

n

Strong experience in internal hiring for US Staffing organizations.

n

Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring requirements.

n

Hire Technical Recruiters, Senior Recruiters, Lead Recruiters, Sales Managers, Business Development Managers, Account

n

Partner with leadership to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.

n

Create compelling job descriptions and post openings across multiple job portals and social media platforms.

n

Source candidates through Linked In, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.

n

Conduct HR screening interviews and coordinate technical and management interview rounds.

n

Manage salary negotiations, offer roll-out, and joining formalities.

n

Maintain recruitment metrics including TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness,



and hiring cost.

n

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

n

HR Operations

n

Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.

n

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

n

Draft HR letters including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters, and experience letters.

n

Employee Engagement

n

Plan and execute employee engagement activities.

n

Drive employee recognition and reward initiatives.

n

Conduct employee feedback sessions and help improve employee satisfaction.

n

Support learning and development initiatives.

n

Foster a positive, team-oriented, and performance-driven work culture.
