About the Role

We're looking for a designer who can translate ideas into clear, engaging visuals across

video, static, and GIF formats. This role focuses on strong visual thinking and design execution, with an emphasis on using modern tools (including AI) to work faster, explore more, and improve output quality.

Work Experience: 0-4 years

Key Responsibilities

n

1. Video Visualisation & Frame Design

n

n
- Translate scripts and ideas into frame-by-frame visual sequences
n
- Design each frame with clear layout, composition, and text placement
n
- Ensure the overall visual flow of the video is engaging and easy to follow
n

n

2. Static & GIF Creative Design

n

n
- Design static ads, banners, thumbnails, and social creatives
n
- Create lightweight motion/GIF creatives where required
n
- Ensure designs are clear, engaging, and easy to consume
n

n

3. Visual Communication

n

n
- Use typography, layout, color, and imagery to simplify communication
n
- Maintain strong visual hierarchy across all outputs
n
- Ensure consistency in style across video frames and static creatives
n

n

4. Creative Adaptation

n

n




- Adapt concepts across formats (video frames, statics, GIFs)
n
- Create multiple variations of the same idea
n
- Ensure consistency across different touchpoints
n

n

5. AI-Enabled Workflow

n

n
- Use AI tools to enhance speed, exploration, and quality of design output
n
- Experiment with current tools and workflows to improve how ideas are visualised
n
- Stay updated with emerging creative tools and trends
n

n

6. Execution & Collaboration

n

n
- Work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds
n
- Collaborate with motion designers, marketers, and content teams
n
- Take ownership of end-to-end design output
n

n

Required Skills

n

n
- Strong proficiency in:
n
- Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
n
- Figma (or similar tools)
n
- Strong understanding of:
n
- Layout, composition, and typography
n
- Visual storytelling for video
n
- Designing for mobile-first formats
n

n

Ability to:

n

- Think in sequences (not just single creatives)
n
- Translate scripts into clear visual frames
n
- Switch between video and static design seamlessly
n
