About the Role

n

We're looking for a Senior 3D Designer who can transform concepts into immersive, visually stunning spatial realities.

n

This role requires a creative thinker with strong technical grounding — someone who understands event design, scale, materials, and aesthetics, and can bring conceptual ideas to life through detailed 3D visualization and renders.

n

You will collaborate closely with conceptualisers, architects, and production teams to develop event environments that are innovative, buildable, and emotionally engaging.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- 3D Design & Visualization
n
- Translate conceptual sketches, mood boards, and creative briefs into detailed 3D designs.
n
- Design and model stages, installations, entry arches, lounges, pavilions, exhibition booths, and other spatial experiences.
n
- Create realistic renders and walkthroughs that capture the look, feel, and lighting of the proposed space.
n
- Technical Detailing & Execution
n
- Develop working drawings, material boards, and design details for fabrication teams.
n
- Ensure the designs are production-feasible and optimized for on-ground execution.
n
- Collaborate with set designers and fabricators to resolve spatial and structural challenges.
n
- Creative Collaboration
n
- Work closely with conceptualisers and visualisers to bring the creative vision to life.
n
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute design perspectives that enhance the storytelling and spatial narrative.
n
- Incorporate feedback from creative directors and clients seamlessly into revised outputs.
n
- AI & Digital Integration
n
- Use Gen-AI tools (Midjourney, Kaedim, Runway, etc.) to explore material finishes, lighting moods, or alternate design treatments.
n




- Stay abreast of new visualization technologies such as Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, or AI-assisted rendering platforms.
n

Skill Requirements

n

- Solid command of 3ds Max, Sketch Up, Blender, or Cinema4D for 3D modelling and rendering.
n
- Proficiency in V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or Unreal Engine for high-quality rendering and lighting.
n
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for post-production and presentation.
n
- Understanding of event production, materials, fabrication methods, and scale.
n
- Familiarity with Gen-AI and visualization tools for concept exploration and efficiency.
n

Preferred Background

- Degree or Diploma in Exhibition Design / Spatial Design / Interior Design / Event Design / 3D Visualization.
n
- Experience working with event agencies, production houses, or architectural visualization firms.
n
- A strong portfolio showcasing event renderings, stage designs, thematic environments, and experiential spaces.
n
