Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Admission Counselor to join our team in Noida. The ideal

n

candidate will be responsible for guiding potential students through the admissions process,

n

explaining our courses, and ensuring maximum enrollments.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

• Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively counseling students on Digital

n

Marketing & Data Science courses.

n

• Follow up with leads via calls, Whats App, and emails to ensure conversions.

n

• Maintain a strong understanding of course offerings, career benefits, and industry

n

trends.

n

• Provide accurate information and resolve student queries regarding course structure,

n

fees, duration, and placement assistance.

n





• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to optimize outreach strategies.

n

• Maintain records of all interactions and follow-ups in CRM tools.

n

Requirements:

n

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

n

• Minimum 1-3 year of experience in sales, admissions, or counseling (education

n

sector preferred).

n

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/admission targets.

n

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

n

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

n

• Comfortable with high-volume calling and follow-ups.

n

• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and Data Science is a plus.
