Job Description:

- Design client-facing PPT slides reflecting company's capabilities and solutions
- Design case studies, templates, flyers, teasers, pamphlets, newsletters and other brand-specific creatives
- Design high-quality creatives for the internal stakeholders team
- Ensure designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations
- Work to be a strong voice for the user and user-centric design • Work to be comfortable collaborating as well as working independently.
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, competitive landscape, and market trends.
- Understand the requirements and conceptualize creative ideas.
- Maintain a high level of quality while working within design constraints and break-time real-time performance.

Work Experience & Qualification criteria:

- Graphic Design and Graphics skills
- Solid command over MS Power Point designing skills
- Knowledge of working on web-based designing tools like Canva
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience of designing

Qualification criteria:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Good command over oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Creative mindset with an orientation to generate quick design related solutions
