Role Description The Institutional Partnership Consultant (Revenue Sharing) internship is a remote role focused on building and nurturing relationships with educational institutions and professional organizations. On a day-to-day basis, the consultant researches potential partners, initiates outreach, and presents Espiratia's programs and value propositions to key decision-makers.
The role involves coordinating meetings, supporting proposal and agreement development, and assisting in the design of revenue-sharing models that align with institutional needs. The intern also tracks partnership activities,



prepares reports on engagement outcomes, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for partner institutions.

This is an internship role, offering practical experience in institutional partnerships and business development in a flexible, remote setting.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly to institutional stakeholders and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Analytical and research skills to identify potential partners, understand institutional needs, and support the development of tailored partnership proposals.
- Basic business development or sales skills, such as lead generation, relationship management, and familiarity with revenue-sharing or collaborative models.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple outreach activities, meetings, and follow-ups in a remote, internship setting.
- Comfort with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms; ability to work independently with guidance and meet agreed timelines.
- Interest in neuroscience-based learning, AI-driven insights, education, or talent development; prior exposure to these areas is an advantage.
