1. You have personally shot and produced video podcasts or You Tube interview content - camera, audio AND lighting, hands-on
2. 2. You have built or grown something of your own - a channel, a freelance practice, a college production, anything you started
3. 3. You want to BUILD a studio from scratch, not join one that is already running

THE PROSPECT

We are building a podcast and content studio from the ground up - think early-days Raj Shamani / Beer Biceps setup - creating shows for three brands: Unique Publishers (India's leading exam-prep publisher, est. 1969), Leo46 (golf & sports management), and our founder's personal brand.

You will be employee #1 of this studio. The studio gets designed around you.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- The entire studio: multi-cam recording, audio, lighting design and setup - you build it, you run it
- - Every shoot: directing guests, framing, monitoring sound, making the room feel easy
- - Concepts and research: episode ideas, guest questions, formats - you are the mini-showrunner




- - The content calendar across You Tube and Instagram for all three brands, working directly with the founder

WHAT YOU BRING

- 1-3 years hands-on production experience (podcasts, You Tube, or short-form video sets)
- - Proof of hustle: your own channel, freelance clients, or projects you started - show us
- - Working knowledge of cameras, audio interfaces/mics, and practical lighting on a budget
- - Bonus: editing ability, motion graphics, or a personal obsession with the India podcast scene
