The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hotel contracting, a strong network in the industry, and exceptional leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Development: Design and implement a comprehensive contracting strategy for hotels and DMCs that aligns with the company's growth objectives.

Negotiation and Contracting: Lead negotiations with hotels and DMCs to secure competitive rates, availability, and exclusive offers that enhance our product portfolio.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with key hotel and DMC partners, ensuring alignment on business goals and effective communication.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the hospitality industry to inform contracting decisions.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of contracting professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, performance, and continuous improvement.





Performance Monitoring: Establish and track KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of hotel and DMC contracts, using data to drive strategic decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to integrate hotel and DMC offerings into the company's travel packages effectively.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies and standards.

Budget Management: Oversee the budget for the hotel and DMC contracting team, ensuring effective resource allocation and alignment with financial goals.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in hotel and DMC contracting or procurement, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successful negotiations and partnership development within the hospitality sector.
