Job Summary:

Looking for a dynamic legal skilled to support the organization on commercial contracting, legal documentation, compliance, and stakeholder management. The role requires strong drafting and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage day-to-day legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review, draft, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, Vendor and procurement contracts, Service agreements, amendments and addendums.
2. Provide legal support to procurement, business, finance, HR, and operations teams.
3. Identify legal and commercial risks and provide practical mitigation recommendations.
4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel on contract execution and legal matters.
5. Support compliance activities, policy reviews, and internal governance processes.
6.



Assist in handling notices, litigation coordination, and regulatory matters, if required.
7. Ensure timely turnaround of legal requests while maintaining accuracy and risk control.
8. Participate in process improvement initiatives for contract lifecycle management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. LLB / BL degree from a recognized university.
2. 10 - 15 years of experience in corporate legal or in-house legal teams.
3. Strong understanding of contract law and commercial transactions.
4. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
7. Strong stakeholder management skills.
8. Prior experience supporting procurement or IT/ITES/business contracts is preferred.
