- 10 Years Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager Business Development Manager from the General Insurance industry to drive business growth through new client acquisition relationship management and expansion of corporate insurance business portfolios Key Responsibilities
- Drive current business development and expand corporate client base
- Meet and exceed business targets and deliverables within defined timelines
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of General Insurance products
- including Property Liability Health Motor Engineering and Group Mediclaim
- Engage in client prospecting and networking through references partnerships and direct contacts
- Understand clients risk profiles to recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Maintain effective customer relationships and provide post-sale support including complaint resolution




- Coordinate regularly with Clients TPAs and partners to ensure smooth business operations
- Keep abreast of market trends competitors and new insurance products
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all stages of sales
- Be flexible and proactive in performing on-ground business development activities Required Skills Competencies
