WE'RE HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Location: Jaipur | Work From Office (WFO)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience: 2+ years in Business Development / Sales, preferably in a Digital Marketing or Creative Agency

About the Role

Maarque Up Media is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager who can drive new client acquisition, build strong business relationships, and contribute directly to the agency's growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, Linked In, email outreach, networking, and referrals
- Identify and connect with potential clients who need digital marketing and creative services
- Understand client requirements and pitch customized solutions




- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service discussions
- Prepare proposals and negotiate commercials with potential clients
- Follow up with prospects and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding and project handover
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue goals

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales
- Experience in a Digital Marketing, Advertising, Branding, or Creative Agency is preferred
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, Website Development, Content Creation, Influencer Marketing & Branding
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong client acquisition and deal-closing ability
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales process

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and expertise.
